Publications |
Rights International has an ongoing Publications Program. The purpose of the program is to develop texts and casebooks for the scholar, practitioner, and
student of international human rights law, with a particular focus on the increasingly large body of case law emanating from international tribunals. This body of
case law has too often been difficult to access, even for those with the best law libraries at their disposal. Further, it is of increasing relevance even to those
interested primarily in domestic U.S. law -- particularly constitutional law, criminal law and procedure, and property law.
Brief Bank |
A crucial aspect of Rights International's mission is to aid human rights litigators in presenting cases before tribunals. Accordingly, Rights International provides briefs addressing different human rights issues for use in both international and U.S. courts. If you are wish to learn more about the topics covered and the availability of these briefs, please email us at <ricenter@rightsinternational.org>.
