Case Docket

Rights International has appeared before the Inter-American Commission and Court, the European Commission and Court, and the African Commission, both as lawyers for our clients and as amicus. Our cases involve a wide range of human rights, including the death penalty, family and privacy rights, freedom of expression, humanitarian and international criminal law, legal access and assistance, preventive detention, race and gender discrimination, refugee and asylum law, and torture. The Case Docket gives brief summaries of the issues in the matters on which Rights International is working or has worked. It is indexed by subject, country, and tribunal. It indicates whether the case is pending or has been decided. If the case has been decided, and the decision is available on-line, it includes a link to the decision.
